Insights on Financial Planning for Women at AJNIFM, Ministry of Finance, Government of India

Empowering Women through Financial Wisdom: On 10th March 2025, as part of the International Women’s Day Celebration organized by the Gender Responsive Budgeting (GEB) Cell at Arun Jaitley National Institute of Financial Management (AJNIFM), an Autonomous Institution of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, situated in Faridabad, Haryana; a special session on Financial Planning for Women was conducted by Fintellect Intelligent Financial Services. Ms. Ratika Agarwal, Head – Learning & Development, opened the session with a heartfelt welcome and extended gratitude to AJNIFM and the GRB Cell for providing the opportunity to conduct such a meaningful and impactful session. The session was led by Mr. Shiv Raj Singh, CFP®, Designated Partner & Principal Officer, who shared practical money management strategies along with timeless financial wisdom drawn from the pioneers of finance. The session aimed to strengthen financial confidence among women by blending actionable guidance with foundational theory. The session was attended by approximately 100 women, including female officers from various Central and State Government departments, faculty members and non-teaching staff of AJNIFM. Financial empowerment begins with understanding.
